LEGAL COMPLIANCE AUDIT PROGRAMME

The Legal Compliance Programme will assist companies to meet the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act and all other extended legislation.

Option A:

Member signs up for programme toolkit to implement themselves and has access to specialist service providers via telephone and electronic media.

Costs: R 500.00 once off (Excluding VAT)

Option B:

Member signs up for programme toolkit to implement it themselves, has access to specialist service providers via telephone and electronic media, member receives a safety audit on site, for which Compliance South Africa compliance certificate is awarded.

All member companies will receive all required documentation to ensure that the mandatory administrative regulations are adhered to plus a copy of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Costs: R 1000.00 once off (Excluding VAT)
