It goes without saying that the creation of a recognizable brand that sends a strong message of integrity and service delivery is a very valuable commodity for any business.
75% of our members are SMME businesses that require a strong brand to assist them in marketing their services to the South African consumer.
Although a number of our members are associated with strong brands through their respective franchises, the consumers desperately need an avenue that they perceive/identify to be impartial, especially when they are confronted with a problem they feel cannot be solved through direct contact with the service provider.
Often this contact, with an unbiased source, will provide an explanation that solves the problem.
RMI’s branding strategy is based on three main themes:
