The Dispute Resolution Centre is an independent Centre which is affiliated to the Motor Industry Bargaining Council for the purposes of Dispute Resolution. In the main, the DRC hears disputes which stem out of the Labour Relations Act, for which it is accredited, as well as disputes arising out of the enforcement of the Main Agreement for the Motor Industry.

The DRC Rules are rules governing conduct and proceedings at the Dispute Resolution Centre of the Motor Industry Bargaining Council regarding disputes in terms of the Labour Relations Act as well as the enforcement of the Main Agreement for the Motor Industry.
