VACANCY: IR SPECIALIST X2 – RANDBURG (HIGHVELD REGION) & PRETORIA (NORTHERN REGION)
The successful candidate must be competent, in the main, to provide IR services, advice and support to members in all matters related to employment to RMI members within a region. The scope of the role includes but is not limited to:
- Main Agreement – interpretation, assistance, advice and guidance
- Internal processes – chairing disciplinary or incapacity hearings, handling grievances, assisting with operational requirement termination processes
- External dispute resolution – representing members at MIBCO DRC, CCMA andLabour Court
- General IR support – case reviews, assisting with drafting employment contracts, provision of advice (telephonically, by email or face to face), assisting with collective rights issues, assisting with implementation processes required to ensure that members are legally compliant (EE, SD and etc.), may assist with B-BBEE.
NQF Level 6 National Diploma in Labour Relations, HR and / or Labour Law.
NQF Level 7 Degree in Labour Relations, HR and / or Labour Law and accreditation as a CCMA Commissioner.
At least 5 years industry applicable experience, with minimum qualification.
R42 500 CTC per month
Car allowance, communication allowance, Petrol card, medical aid and Pension fund
