The Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services Sector Education and Training Authority (merSETA) invites merSETA levy-paying companies, merSETA non-levy-paying enterprises, non-profit organisations, cooperatives, labour organisations, employer organisations, public universities,community education and training colleges, public TVET colleges, public entities, research institutes and international partners to apply for discretionary-funded projects.
The discretionary-funded projects and programmes are aimed at addressing the merSETA’s strategic imperatives:
- The structural transformation in the mer-sector
- Quality improvement of teaching and learning of post-school education training institutions
- Research and/or innovation solutions
