My business is currently faced with financial losses due to Covid. There is a huge reduction in work however I need the staff in order to salvage the little bit of work coming in and trying my utmost to save the business and keep our doors open.
As much as I want to keep my staff financially happy, the bank balance does not allow it. I am considering a reduction of salary and need more advise how to go about this process. Is there any assistance available from the RMI?
