Dear SABS Clients and Stakeholders,
It has come to the attention of the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) that a fraudulent email and possible letters have been circulating that advise our clients to make deposits into an account that is NOT a SABS account.
Please be advised that the SABS banking details have remained the same and no changes have been made. Therefore, any correspondence related to an urgent or immediate deposit into different banking details is to be immediately reported to the SABS and all other law enforcement agencies, including but not limited to the South African Police Service.
