Enclosed under Annexure A, is a circular from MIBCO that announces an extension of the wage exemption process for the 2021 / 2022 wage cycle.
Enclosed under Annexure B, is the wage exemption process to be followed in the event that your business is in distress and you wish to be exempted from implementing the wage adjustments.
